Making the marinade:  Add soy sauce, oil, minced garlic, and honey.

Whisk the marinade until it is well-combined.

Pour the marinade onto the wings in an airtight container.

Cover the container and give them a good shake or use your hands to massage the marinade. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.

Heat up the pan on medium-high heat. Add in the wings with the marinade. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes before flipping.

Step 5

Once flipped, allow this to cook 2 minutes. Then, reduce the heat on low and cook for additional 20 minutes covered.

Finally, plate the wings and garnish with fresh scallion and sesame seeds. Grab a wing and enjoy!
