Clean the shrimp. With kitchen shears, cut along the spine of the shrimp and devein. 

Step 1

In a small pot add in butter and minced garlic. Allow it to cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Then remove from heat.

Step 2

Pour the warm garlic butter onto the shrimps and season with salt. Give them a toss until they are fully coated. 

Step 3

Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F until the flesh is pink and opaque. (Just keep an eye out as shrimp cooks quickly.)

Step 4

For Salad: With your choice of greens, drizzle Balsamic vinegar and fresh lemon juice over. Season with salt and pepper. Give it a toss.

Step 5

Place the garlic butter shrimp on top of the salad. Garnish with a side of sauerkraut and lemon wedge. And Enjoy!
