Making the marinade: In a bowl, add in olive oil, garlic, salt, and lemon juice. Give it good whisk until well-combined. Set it aside.

Chop the chicken breast into cubes.

Then, the red onions and bell pepper into even square chunks.

Add in the chicken and veggies into the marinade. Give everything a good toss to ensure everything is well coated. Then, refrigerate for 2 hours.

(Pre-soak wooden skewers before grilling.) Remove the bowl from the fridge. Take your skewer sticks and start threading your chicken and veggie.

With a grill pan on medium-high heat add the chicken skewers. Cook each side about 4 minute each.

Plate and serve with pita and tzatziki sauce. Enjoy hot!
