1. Know Where Your Fruits and Vegetables Come From.
Being able to wake up in the morning and getting to go to your local farmers’ market. The best way to know what type of produce is available in your community. Some of the well-known benefits of organic fruits and vegetables are knowing that they were made in an environment with less pollution, well-fertilized soil, and most importantly no pesticides.

2. More Fiber.
Fiber can be found in many fruits, vegetables, and whole grains that we consume every day. Fresh juices specifically are considered soluble fiber. What soluble fiber does is have the fiber dissolves in water to form a gel-like material. So soluble fiber will help slow your digestion by breaking down in your intestine to be absorbed for more nutrients. Not only do we get more nourishment, but it can also help maintain our bowel health, lower cholesterol, and maintain our blood sugar levels.

3. Staying Hydrated.
Fresh juice provides large quantities of water that help the body process carbohydrates that are found in natural sugar. Natural sugar will provide your daily energy and nutrient from the vitamins and minerals consumed from the fruits and vegetables.

4. Antioxidants
Antioxidants are very important as it helps reduce the risk of many diseases. It searches for free radicals from our body cells and prevents or reduces the damage caused by oxidation.

5. No Preservative
Preservatives added in food typically prevent spoilage and extend longer shelf life. Along with that huge con, preservatives also hold the risk of not knowing how our body will react to the food we are consuming.

Remember the saying, “an apple a day, will keep the doctor away”? It’s true! Apples are available in a variety of colors, shapes, and flavors. Depending on the color of the apple it can be sweet or even tart, giving us the perfect options for juicing, baking, or just enjoying as it is.

Apples have to be one of the top best fruit that we can give our bodies. For its size, it is packed full of vitamins and minerals, fiber, and natural sugars that are good for blood sugar regulation, enabling smoother digestion, reducing cholesterol, and even boosting brainpower!
