What’s The Trick?

The trick I find in perfect creamy scrambled eggs is to always add your milk at the end which helps add a fluff. Another top tip is to never cook your eggs on high heat as they result in dry overcooked eggs. Try to cook your eggs on a high medium flame and only leave on the stove using the 30 seconds on the flame and 10 seconds off the flame method, all while constantly stirring. Believe us this tip will save your eggs!

There are several ways to prepare scrambled eggs. A common process is used in France to produce smooth creamy scrambled eggs that are served over toasted baguette slices. Of course, they use milk and chilled butter, cooked over low heat.

How To Serve These Scrambled Eggs?

These scrambled eggs are delicious on their own, but they can also be spooned over toasted bread or like we did on top of gluten-free crackers! Top this with chopped chives or cilantro and add in some chili peppers for a bit of heat! Alternatively, spread cream cheese on your bread or crackers, cover with eggs and garnish with sliced green onions.

What is the difference between Scrambled, Poached, or Fried Eggs?

Unlike poached, over-easy, or fried eggs, which leave the yolks intact and covered by the egg whites, scrambled eggs incorporate the whole egg mixing the yolk and whites.
