Recently, we have tried looking into wild berries like lingonberry and blueberries and how their nutrients are digested in our bodies. Some of the key things when looking into this is how can it digest body and how can we prepare them to be eaten? Consuming most foods in it’s rawest form will help provide your body with the full nutrient absorption it needs. As for cooking, these foods may lead to nutrition loss. So, we created the wild lingonberry cacao protein smoothie with the best combination of fruits, leafy greens, and nutritious powder for added benefits.

Ingredients:

Prep: 10 minutes

Lingonberry Cacao Smoothie

Time needed: 10 minutes.

Instructions:

  1. Add all wet ingredients into the blender and your choice of dairy

  2. Add in frozen ingredients and powders.

  3. Blend for 1 – 2 minutes until smooth. Pour it into your cup with a glass straw and enjoy!

    OPTIONAL: Add fresh fruit and a teaspoon of honey on top to help with any sweet tooth cravings!
