Lime Crema is the secret to elevating tacos, nachos, baked potatoes, salads and so much more. A favorite in our household since it is tangy, creamy, fresh, and adds a coolness to every bite. My favorite thing to do is use it as a dip for all my grilled veggies! Best of all, I was able to make this one Dairy-free!
The first thing that comes to my mind is espresso because of the word “crema” and because coffee is always on my mind. -Sia

What is Crema?
Sour cream, crème fraîche, and crema are just a few of the many varieties on a basic cream. Crema, in particular, is a creamy and tangy cream that is a staple of Mexican cuisine. It’s usually drizzled over tacos, enchiladas, chicken, or anything else you want to add a touch of richness to.
Traditional Mexican crema is most closely related to sour cream and I was so happy to find my favorite Forager Organic Dairy Free Sour Cream! But you can easily substitute crème fraîche or even greek yogurt based on your preference.
