What are cashews?

Cashews have a low sugar content and are high in fiber, heart-healthy fats, and plant protein. They’re also high in copper, magnesium, and manganese, which are essential nutrients for energy output, brain function, immunity, and bone health. Cashews are high in carotenoids and polyphenols, two types of antioxidants that can help suppress inflammation and provide disease defense. The amazing part is, we are still learning about the health benefits of this amazing nut!

Tip: Copper in Cashews helps create proteins that are known to improve skin health.
