Our super easy recipe requires only 3 steps and 3 ingredients – cashews, dates, and water are all it takes to make this. All you have to do is soak the cashews, strain and add to a blender, blend and then add into a bottle. That’s it! No straining needed!
What are cashews?
Cashews have a low sugar content and are high in fiber, heart-healthy fats, and plant protein. Things to make with Cashew Milk
Curry sauce – Combine cashew milk with curry paste or powder for an excellent easy base which can be served with rice, quinoa, or just with veggies.

Ingredients You Will Need
For this recipe, you will only need 3 ingredients – Cashews, Water & Dates. Optionally you can add vanilla or even cinnamon but this is dependent on what you would like!
Cashew Milk Step By Step
- Soak Cashews for 4-5 hours in clean water
- Add in Cashews, Dates, Vanilla to Blender with Water
- Blend till creamy or about 2 minutes(depending on the power of your blender).
- Bottle, Chill & Enjoy!
Add more water for a less creamy Cashew Milk!

- 2 Cups Cashews
- 4 Cups Water
- 2 Pitted Dates
Prep: 3-4 Hours | Blend Time: 2 minutes
